Shevchenkiv (Mykolayiv Region) Luch 4 Residential Complex: Restoration of the roof

Restoration of the roof of a residential building.

The roof restoration project Luch 4 Residential Complex in Shevchenkiv meets the urgent need for roof repair of this residential building. The area, located in Shevchenkiv District, suffered significant destruction as it was on the front lines during the early months of the war. However, since the liberation of the eastern parts of the Mykolayiv region and the Kherson region east of the Dnipro River, the front line has retreated. This has provided an opportunity for internally displaced persons and refugees to return to their homes. Unfortunately, many of them see their homes or apartments destroyed or severely damaged.

The Luch 4 residential complex, consisting of 16 apartments and housing for approximately 40 residents, bore the brunt of the conflict, with parts of the building partially destroyed and the roof damaged. Temporary measures included plugging roof holes with plastic.
