We are pleased to announce the launch of a new programme from the charitable foundation OPEN DOOR UKRAINE (ODU) called “Legal Aid in Bureaucratic Confusion”. The objective of this initiative is to provide technical assistance to rural residents in preparing the necessary documentation for obtaining a construction passport and a building permit.
The programme is designed to facilitate the exercise of the right to state compensation, which is of particular importance for the elderly, who often encounter difficulties in navigating bureaucratic procedures. To date, seven agreements have been signed, and preparations for the provision of assistance have commenced.
Once all the necessary documentation has been completed, ODU will proceed to the second phase of support, which will include:
- Assistance with construction project management.
- Co-financing and subsidisation of the compensation received to complete the construction and bring the house to a ‘ready to live in’ condition.
The following services are provided under the programme:
- Preparation of a technical passport for a real estate object and its entry into the EDESB register.
- Assistance with the preparation of documents for submission to the State Register of Rights to Real Estate.
- Obtaining a certificate of registration or absence of registration of real property rights to an immovable property.
- Preparation of technical documentation for a land plot, with further support available.
- The conclusion of the destruction (dismantling) of buildings with the closure of the section in the State Register of Rights to Real Estate.
- The preparation of a construction passport for the development of a land plot is also available.
- The submission of a construction permit is also included.
- Conducting a technical inventory (preparation of a technical passport for the real estate object, entering it into the EDESB register).
- Acceptance of the completed building.
- Support of documents for submission to the State Register of Real Estate Rights.
This programme will greatly simplify the paperwork process and allow people who lost their homes during the full-scale invasion to exercise their right to assistance.
Thank you for being with us and we look forward to your continued support!
Best wishes, OpenDoorUkraine.nl team
