We are pleased to announce that the furniture generously donated by our friends at Vereniging Hof van Twente has successfully arrived in the Trostyanets community. Although the school in Soldatske is not yet open due to its proximity to the frontline, the furniture has found its way into many other schools in the community, which are now ready to start the school year.
The process of collecting and transporting the furniture is a great example of international cooperation that supports education and the environment. By reusing the furniture, it will be given a second life, helping our children to learn and supporting the preservation of the planet
This event continues the important work we started last year, when OpenDoorUkraine.nl restored the roof of the school in Soldatske after it was damaged by enemy shelling at the beginning of the war. Our constant and loyal partner, the @dobrobat.in.ua Charitable Foundation, helped us complete the internal repairs.
This project is yet another proof that by joining forces we can make a significant difference in the lives of our children and make a significant contribution to the reconstruction of Ukraine. Every step forward together is our common victory. Together we are building a brighter future!
