We are happy to share the news! In the city of Trostianets, the foundation for a future house has already been poured one of OpenDoorUkraine.nl projects in Sumy oblast. This house will be special thanks to the use of innovative SIP panels (CSP). The inner side of the panels will be made of cement-bonded particle board (CBP), and the outer side will be made of OSB. This approach is extremely important because CSP is an environmentally friendly material and does not emit harmful substances into the air, making future housing safe for residents and the environment.
Buildings constructed from SIP panels are the most energy efficient, cost-effective in maintenance and operation, fast in construction and open up endless possibilities for architectural imagination.
An important feature of the process was that the foundation was poured under the operation of diesel generators due to the lack of electricity in the region. The constant shelling of critical infrastructure complicates the construction process, but we do not stop! Step by step, we are bringing recovery and reconstruction closer together.
