We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the first stage of our project!
What has already been done for each of the residents:
- An architectural plan was developed and a building permit was obtained.
- A technical package for the building was prepared and its support was provided.
- Preparatory work and study of materials were carried out.
- Obtain a conclusion on the destruction (dismantling) of buildings and close the relevant section in the State Register of Rights.
This stage is especially important, as we are often approached by elderly people who have difficulties with bureaucratic processes and limited mobility. OpenDoorUkraine.nl (ODU) provides additional funding for the full completion of the project. We provide comprehensive support at all stages – from preparation and construction to financing and making the house fully habitable.
