Reconstruction of the facade and the isolation of a residential building in Irpin.
Following the critical roof restoration works in phase one, the Irpin-3 OSBB Aristocrat Phase Two project focused on addressing the damaged facade and burnt insulation materials of the residential building. As with previous ODU projects in Irpin, the priority was to secure the building and create a more habitable environment for residents. This project aimed to preserve the building and allow a greater number of residents to return to their flats. Insulation materials and paint were mainly supplied by local governments and other generous donors.
